I purchased a pair of Kyle Booker stocking foot hip boots. I wore them probably 6 times. They then developed a leak in the left boot around the inside of the knee. I tried at least 4 times to reach someone in customer service. I finally heard back and when I saw Chinese characters in the email I knew I was in for a struggle to resolve the issue. I did not save the order number so I also knew I was doomed. There is absolutely no sign of damage so the leak must be in the seam. My next pair will be from a u.s. based company with a responsive service depth Ed

I wore them today while trying to catch some trout in a little stream. Since I had a bad experience around a year ago with tripping and my waders filled with water and immobalized me (I got them off with partner's help); so now I don't strap them on at the top, but rather slip on fabric knee braces over the waders at the top which I can slip off if I fall in the water. They worked fine that way except my left foot was tightly sore until my shoes got wet for a while. I have ordered a new pair of shoes, one size larger. Your delivery time was very good.
